MOISE, Justice.
Respondent, Board of Education of the City of-Santa Fe, appeals from a peremptory writ of mandamus in the following words:
“NOW, THEREFORE, you, the said Board of Education of the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico, are hereby commanded to recognize your contract with Relator for the school year of 1960-1961, and to desist from hearings on the question of whether Relator should be reemployed for the school year 1960-1961, and to execute a contract upon the form approved by the New Mexico .
