1 On March 25, 2010, the Oklahoma Bar Association ("OBA") filed a complaint against attorney Ronald Douglas Cox ("Cox") for alleged professional misconduct, as authorized by Rule 6.1 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings ("RGDP"). 1 Five specific violations were raised by the OBA, however two counts were voluntarily dismissed prior to introduction of evidence before the Professional Responsibility Tribunal ("PRT").
