T1 On January 16, 2014, the Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA) filed a complaint against attorney Christopher I. Mansfield, alleging professional misconduct as authorized by Rule 6.1 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP).1 After hearing the testimony of several witnesses and being presented with exhibits, the Professional Responsibility Tribunal (PRT) concluded that Mansfield violated Rule 3.3, Rule 8 4(c), and Rule 8.4(d) of the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct (ORPC) and Rule 1.3 of the RGDP.
