This is an action of assumpsit brought by Philip Barag, administrator of the estate of the insured, Philip Barg, against defendant insurance company. On April 24, 1933, defendant issued to Philip Barg a policy of life insurance in the amount of $500. The policy was the type commonly known as “industrial,” and required the payment of weekly premiums of $1 on or before Monday of each week.
