The trial of this action resulted in the direction of a verdict in favor of the plaintiff against the defendant Alfred F. Gohl. An exception to the ruling was allowed hut the attorney of the defendant has desired a rule to show cause pursuant to which he assigns the substance of the exception as a reason for the allowance of a new trial.
