This bill seeks to restrain the defendant bank from the prosecution of two suits at law against complainants wherein recovery is sought on certain promissory notes, two of which were made by the complainant Giberson to his own order and endorsed by him, and the third of which was made by the complainant Van Cleaf to the order of and endorsed by the complainant Giberson.
