This is an action on a recognizance claimed to have been entered into by the defendants on suing out a writ of replevin by .one of them. On the trial in the Court of Common Pleas the defendants denied that they ever .entered into the recognizance, and when a certificate thereof was offered in evidence objected to its admission.
