DUFRESNE, Active Retired Justice.
The defendant, Alfred J. Waxier, appealed to the Superior Court (Cumberland County) from a judgment of the District Court (Portland) against him in favor of his former wife, Frances, in the amount of $133,407.00 found to be due under the parties’ 1975 divorce decree. The judgment was rendered in the wife’s motion for ar-rearage brought by Frances Waxier in October of 1981. The Superior Court affirmed the judgment, agreeing with the District Court decision that neither the amount of the weekly payments made under the Property Settlement Agreement incorporated…
