This appeal is by the defendants from a judgment in plaintiffs’ favor in an action to establish a trust in certain real estate and compel conveyances of certain interests therein to the plaintiffs. The facts of the ease are in the main undisputed and may be summarized as follows: In the year 1895 one Hirsh Cohn was the owner of the real estate involved in this action. He was the father of Levi Cohn, Edith Fisher, Charles Cohn, Harry Cohn, D. S.
