Mabel Boehrer, widow of Harry J. Boehrer, brings this action for $10,000 damages for the wrongful death of her husband. He was a guest passenger in the automobile owned and driven by defendant, Peter Schuller, which was struck by a Missouri Pacific train in Monroe County, Illinois. At the close of plaintiff’s evidence the trial court directed a verdict in favor of both defendants. Plaintiff has appealed.
