Mrs. Lillian Wilcox recovered a $20,000 judgment against Harold F. Swenson, administrator of the estate of Mrs. Lenora J. Suddarth, deceased, for personal injuries sustained while riding in an automobile operated by Mrs. Suddarth which collided with the steel superstructure of a bridge in Illinois. Mrs. Suddarth died from injuries received in the accident. Respondent, who was sixty-five, sustained serious and permanent injuries.
