Appeal is taken in this case from an award of attorney’s fees made to the appellees pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-348 after the superior court determined that the Arizona Department of Revenue had abused its discretion in summarily suspending appellees’ bingo licenses. Appellees Alano Club 12, Inc., and Alano Boosters Club had been granted bingo licenses pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-401 et seq.
