MEMORANDUM OPINION

BEATY, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is currently before the Court on Defendant General Electric Company’s (“Defendant” or “GE”) Motion for Summary Judgment [Document # 19] as to Plaintiff Christopher T. Starnes’ (“Plaintiff’) claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. (“ERISA”) and the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq.
