Petitioner seeks a writ of mandate to compel the respondent court and judge to grant a motion, duly made in the court below, for substitution of attorneys in proceedings relating to the probate of the last will and testament of Leon Morrison, deceased. An alternative writ was granted, and the respondents interposed a general and special demurrer to the petition and, at the same time, filed an answer by way of return to the writ.
