The claimants for unemployment insurance benefits herein are longshoremen, members of Local 1-10 of the International Longshoremen’s and Warehouse-men’s Union, District No. 1, who work under a collective bargaining agreement with the Waterfront Employers’ Association, an employers’ association with a membership substantially the same as that of the former Dock-Checkers Employers’ Association.
