This discrimination case comes to us on appeal from an order of the district court granting summary judgment for defendant, M. Alfieri Co., Inc., a commercial real estate developer, and against plaintiff, Randhir Chauhan, a small businessman of Indian nationality. Chauhan contends that in leasing its Metro III commercial office building in Edison, New Jersey, M.
