HAYNSWORTH, Circuit Judge.
We are concerned with chicken feathers and their removal during the processing of poultry for marketing. Patents covering an apparatus and a method for removal of the feathers were held by the District Court to be invalid for obviousness in the light of paper patents in other *128fields.1 We think the credit the District Court gave the work of the patentee was less than its due.
