From a decree of the District Court holding valid and infringed two patents relating to devices for aerating water, particularly adapted for use in household faucets, this appeal was taken. The patents are 2,210,846, issued to Elie Aghnides, August 6, 1940, and 2,316,832 for an improvement thereon, issued to him April 29, 1943.
