Plaintiffs Talbert Johnson (“Johnson”) and Troy Saunders (“Saunders;” and with Johnson, “Plaintiffs”), bring this action against their employer, defendant D.M. Rothman Company, Inc. (“Rothman”), for unpaid overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., New York Labor Law (“NYLL”), Articles 6 and 19, and the Labor-Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 185(a).1 Plaintiffs claim that Rothman failed to include certain wage differentials owed to them under the governing Collective Bargaining Agreement…
