Plaintiffs Mei Kum Chu, Sau King Chung, and Qun Xiang Ling commenced this action, on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, by filing a summons and complaint (“Complaint”) in the New York Supreme Court, New York County, on April 11, 2016.
