On October 15, 2013, plaintiff Donna To-masino (“Tomasino”), on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated, filed an Amended Complaint seeking damages and injunctive relief against The Estee Lauder Companies Inc., Estee Laboratories, LLC, and Estee Lauder Inc.
