LEWIS, Circuit Judge.

John F. Heldstab, Jr., debtor and farmer, filed his petition under section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U.S. C.A. § 203) on September 14, 1935, and therewith a schedule of his secured creditors and the amount owing each of them and a description of their security. He did not file a schedule of his unsecured creditors until December 18, 1935, reporting therewith that it had been inadvertently omitted, the total amount owing to those creditors being $8,892.81.
