In this proceeding under Section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203, the debtor, upon failure to obtain a composition or extension of his debts within the contemplation of subsections a to r inclusive, of the general section, filed on November 10, 1941, his amended petition under subsection s.
