This action was commenced in the district court of Oklahoma county by Nora Vanderslice, administratrix of the estate of E. M. Vanderslice, deceased, plaintiff in error, plaintiff below, against James C. Davis, as Director General and Agent appointed under section 206 (a) of the Transportation Act of 1920 and for the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway Company, defendant in error, defendant below, to recover the sum of $250,000 damages on account of the death of her husband, E.
