This is an appeal from an order of the Superior Court of Imperial County denying appellant’s petition for a writ of mandate and sustaining a demurrer to the petition. The appeal is presented on the judgment-roll alone. The order from which the appeal is taken appears in the clerk’s transcript in the form of an entry in the minutes of the court and is in the following language:
