Christopher K. Mead was found guilty of a lesser included offense of second degree possession of stolen property and second degree burglary. He appeals, contending (1) the evidence is insufficient to support the burglary conviction, (2) prosecutorial and/or witness misconduct deprived him of a fair trial, and (3) the court lacked authority to order the imposed restitution. We affirm the convictions and reduce the restitution.
