In this action, Steven and Deborah Krupp and their daughter Joanna Krupp have sued Lincoln University for terminating Joanna Krupp’s coverage under Lincoln’s self-insured group health plan, in which her father is enrolled as an employee of Lincoln. Lincoln terminated Joanna’s coverage when it determined that she was ineligible because she had been disabled from birth. Denying any liability to the Krupps, Lincoln has filed a third-party complaint against the Travelers Insurance Companies and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, the two…
