WASHINGTON, Associate Judge:

F.K., was charged with possession with the intent to distribute cocaine while armed with a dangerous weapon,1 carrying a pistol without a license,2 possession of an unregistered firearm,3 and possession of unregistered ammunition.4 On appeal, the District challenges a pre-trial court order sanctioning the District for an alleged discovery violation.
