In this partition action, arising out of an intra-family dispute over management and ownership of a ranch, defendants 1 appeal from a judgment ordering them to sell their interest in the subject property to plaintiffs. Defendants’ principal contention is that the trial court should have either dismissed the partition action or, failing that, ordered a private sale permitting them to purchase plaintiffs’ interest in the property.
