OPINION

This case is once again before us on appeal after remand to the trial court. Appellants-plaintiffs and counter defendants James Bopp, Jr., and Barry A. Bostrom [collectively, Bopp], appeal the trial court’s award of $67,614.73 in favor of appellees-defendants and counter claimants, Arnold H. Brames, Eric M. Abel, Rhonda D. Oldham, and the partnership of Brames & Oldham [collectively, Brames].

Specifically, Bopp contends that the decision is erroneous because: (1) the trial court did not pro rate the cost of Bopp’s gross general overhead expenses in calculating the amount…
