CASTLE, Circuit Judge.

The plaintiff-appellant, Young-Peterson Construction, Inc., brought this diversity action in the District Court against The Potomac Insurance Company of the District of Columbia, defendant appellee, seeking to recover the value of four truck tractors and dump-type trailers under the “theft” clause of an insurance policy defendant issued to the plaintiff. The cause was tried to a jury which returned a verdict for the defendant upon which the court entered judgment.
