MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KRAM, District Judge.
Plaintiff brings this action for a declaratory judgment, injunctive relief and damages pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and § 1985. In her complaint, plaintiff alleges that the defendants conspired, in violation of Title VII, to deprive her of her right to equal protection and due process. Presently before this Court is defendants’ motion to disqualify Joseph Giaimo and the law firm of Giaimo, Vreeburg, Previte, Farber & Rosen as counsel to plaintiff.
