This action was brought by the plaintiff, a man about 60 years of age, to recover damages which he alleges he sustained on December 19, 1908, while in the employ of the defendant in its lime kiln and quarry plant, which said kiln and quarry were used in the manufacture of lime, and for the getting out and loading of stone for shipment to other points.
