Plaintiff Alex Vega (“Plaintiff’) commenced this pro se prisoner civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 1983”) alleging that ten employees of the New York State Department of Correctional Services (“Defendants”) violated his rights under the United States Constitution while he was incarcerated at Clinton Correctional Facility.
