FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the United States Trustee’s Motion for Order Imposing Sanctions Against Bankruptcy Petition Preparer Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 110 (“Motion for Sanctions”). The Motion for Sanctions requests the Court to impose sanctions against Tammy Adams, the bankruptcy petition preparer who assisted the Debtors in preparing the Debtors’ statements and schedules in this bankruptcy case.
