In these administratively consolidated proceedings, the United States trustee (the “Trustee”) seeks fines, sanctions, and in-junctive relief against non-attorney bankruptcy petition preparers, Robert Burton (“Burton”) and the corporation through which he conducts business, Pinnacle Financial Consulting, LLC (“Pinnacle”) (together, the “Defendants”).
