In this adversary proceeding, the court entered a judgment by default in favor of the plaintiff Nancy J. Gargula, United States Trustee (“plaintiff’ or “U.S. Trustee”), and against the defendants Dennis Miller, Richard Kuhns, and Vanguard Properties LLC (“defendants”). See Fed. R.Civ.P. 55(b); Fed. R.
