MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
THORNBURG, District Judge.
THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants’ motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) or, in the alternative, a motion for a more definite statement pursuant to Rule 12(e), filed July 15, 2002; Defendants’ motion for sanctions, filed July 15, 2002; and Plaintiffs motion for sanctions, filed August 2, 2002.
