MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

HOLSCHUH, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s motion to dismiss Plaintiffs claim for wrongful discharge in violation of public policy. (Record 5). Plaintiff re sponded to this motion (Record 6.), and Defendant filed a reply (Record 7). This motion has been fully briefed and is ready for the Court’s consideration.
