Pending before the Court are three summary judgment motions and one motion for leave to file an amended complaint. On February 8, 2002, Defendant Compu- ware Corporation (“Defendant” or “Com-puware”) filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on Title VII Claims (Doc. # 143).
