The petitioner herein seeks a writ of mandate directed to the respondents herein in their capacity, respectively, of president and secretary of the petitioner, an irrigation district, commanding the said respondents in their foregoing capacity to forthwith sign and attest certain bonds and coupons of said irrigation district as designated in its said application for said writ.
