MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

This case arises from plaintiff Kory A. Welch’s ex-husband’s forgery of a note and mortgage on her home. Plaintiff brings this lawsuit against various entities and individuals who were involved with securing the note and mortgage on the home, including defendants Centex Home Equity Company, L.L.C. (“Centex”), Producers Mortgage Corporation (“Producers”) and two of its loan agents, Kerstin Siley and Owen Gibson, and Nations Title Agency, Inc.
