Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion to Amend the Complaint (doc. 49). For the reasons set forth below, the Court will deny in part and grant in part the motion.
I. Background Information
This is a negligence action in which Plaintiffs seek monetary damages for alleged property damage resulting from flooding that occurred on their property on October 4, 1998.
