OPINION AND ORDER

SARGUS, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court for consideration of the defendants’ partial motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). (Doc. # 5). For the reasons that follow, the defendants’ motion is granted in part and denied in part.

Plaintiff, who is African-American, alleges that he was discriminated against on the basis of race, that he was harassed and, that he was retaliated against during his employment with defendant Armco, Inc.
