— This is an action to recover for personal injuries. The appellant is the owner and operator of a single track electric railway line, between the city of Olympia and the town of Tumwater. The line is used for the transportation of both passengers and freight. At Tumwater is located a brewery, and the tracks of the appellant company extend to the brewery for the purpose of affording means to transport beer in large quantities to the [Northern Pacific railway depot, and also to a shipping dock, both of which are in Olympia.
