delivered the opinion of the court:

This case was before us on a former appeal, when the judgments of the Appellate Court for the First District and the superior court of Cook county were reversed for error of the superior court in sustaining a demurrer to a plea of the Statute of Limitations. An additional count of the declaration, stating a new cause of action, had been filed after the statute had run and issues of fact under that count had been submitted to the jury and found in favor of appellee.
