OPINION

GERBER, Judge.

Appellants Martin Benevides (Benevides) and Florentino and Eloísa Soto (the Sotos), as personal representatives of their son Sabino, appeal the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Fund (Fund) and denying the Sotos’ motion for a new trial.
