Plaintiff Harold Gelb (“Plaintiff’) moves for an order pursuant to Rule 23(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure certifying a class consisting of all persons who have acquired and used the AT & T calling *77card since January 1, 1987, and who were financially responsible for payments, but not including AT & T or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers or directors, and their families.
