(after stating the facts as above). [1, 2] - We are not disposed to disturb the finding of the trial judge upon the value of the assets. If anything, we think that he overestimated them. -We may take the cash at $225 and the agreed-value of the real estate at $4,533. The value of the accounts was certainly not over $4,800; that is, what could be collected upon them *721less the cost of collection, which at $300 was most modérale.
