Hoffman v. Morgan

Plaintiffs in error, Roy Hoffman, Jr., Shirley Thompson and J. P. F. Bowles, brought an action in the district court of Garvin county, Oklahoma, against Al-taclair Morgan and (her daughter) Carolyn Jo Clark, a minor, to quiet title to certain undivided mineral interests in and under the land hereinafter described, which plaintiffs acquired from one George Eugene Clark.

Plaintiffs made timely request for appointment of guardian ad litem for the minor defendant, and M. O. Counts was appointed.
